| gSNPAbout this programThis program calculates allele frequencies for biallelic SNP variants in sequence trace files. The analysis is 
     performed in batches which can contain over 1000 trace files. The program is very similar in structure to QSVanalyser
     and formed the base
         for that program, however improvements to QSVanalyser where retro fitted to this program.
     The program exports the data to a web page which shows an image and calculated
         genotype of the SNP in each file. The program is designed to genotype a SNP(s) in a set of PCR products. This could be to either perform a complete SNP
     genotyping experiment or to screen candidate SNPs in a subset of your samples before committing 
     time to optimising another technique to screen all your samples. 
      This program  can be downloaded here, at the moment it does 
     not have any instructions, but it is very similar to QSVanalyser who's instructions can be found
      here.
